Stress coping skills = so important! They can be a live-saver (literally).
I am so stressed right now my head feels like it’s going to explode. I’m going to try and deal with it the best and healthiest way I can. Although I like to rely on Chipotle and caffeine to get me through the week, I’m going to attempt to make smart choices! Doing a little pilates, going to sleep early, and planning out my days will hopefully help me get through the upcoming hell week.
I like the last line of this:
“RELAX, TAKE EACH DAY AT A TIME… YOU HAVE THE REST OF YOUR LIFE TO LIVE.”
